What happens when an entire community builds its future hospital? Over this year-long project, Brazee collaborated with MMH and 1000 students in Batesville to create a monumental community glass mural for the new hospital building opening late summer 2026. Inspired by a woodland sunset photograph by Shay Nartker, the mural was designed to bring calm, reflection, and beauty into the hospital. Over four days, 1000 students each created a single glass tile, when fired and installed, came together to create one giant image in glass.
