ANCIENT BEAD CONFERENCE WORKSHOP
Brazee is thrilled to welcome Tom and Sage Holland to Brazee as keynote Visiting Artists for Brazee's first Ancient Bead Conference! Join Sage Holland in this half-day flameworking workshop to explore the ancient icon - Masks!
Sage Holland will guide students through her recognizable glass "Mask" beadmaking style, while allowing students to interpret their own subtle differences. The making of a protective mask with its peering eyes can be full of surprises! Sage will fill this workshop with techniques for components and layering and surface manipulations for all students to make their own masks to wear around the neck or hang in places of peace in the home.
Students will be working with Moretti, COE 104 glass.
Some beadmaking experience required.
Students must wear closed-toed shoes in the studio.
Cancellation Policy: Please be sure you can attend class at time of registration. 24 hour notice required to keep payment as CREDIT to be used towards another class. All sales final, no refunds.
