Expand your glass fusing skills and work "on edge" in this brand new 3-day comprehensive workshop! Students will learn all the tips and tricks of this mesmerizing sheet glass fusing technique to create incredible patterns in glass. Students will design their own color pallet and strip pattern as they learn to cut and lay out their individual 6'' plate on day 1. Students will then tackle a large platter on Day 2, implementing what they learned from the first project. In addition to strip assembly, students will learn to load their designs directly onto the kiln shelf using dams. Day 3, students will learn coldworking techniques to finish off their pieces. Students will work with Bullseye Glass sheets in a range of transparent and opaque colors. There is no limit to what design you can create "on edge"!
No experience necessary. Glass cutting experience recommended.

Projects will be available for pickup one week after class date.
Students must wear closed-toed shoes in the studio.
